Ivan Delfin is a fashion designer based in Indianapolis and Lafayette, originally from Tijuana, Mexico. With a bold aesthetic and a deep respect for craftsmanship, Ivan creates one-of-a-kind pieces that blend elegance, culture, and affordability. 

Specializing in quinceañera, bridal, and eveningwear, Ivan designs gowns that turn moments into memories. Whether you're walking down the aisle, stepping into a gala, or wanting a timeless piece for any occasion, Ivan can create a stunning custom piece tailored to your vision and body.

Ivan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design from the Universidad Internacional de las Californias and brings 15 years of experience, technical skill, and passion to every garment.

Step 1: Consultation & Measurements
Our first meeting is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about your ideas, the event, your style, and your budget. We’ll take detailed measurements to ensure the perfect fit from the very beginning.

Step 2: Design & Sketch Approval
Ivan takes your inspiration and creates a custom design tailored just for you. You’ll get to review the sketch, share feedback, and approve the look before the first stitch is sewn.

Step 3: First Fitting – The Shell
Once the basic structure (or "shell") of your gown is complete, we’ll have your first fitting. This is where we fine-tune the silhouette and make sure everything is on track.

Step 4: Final Fitting – Bring Your Best Friend
It all comes together at your final fitting. Bring your best friend, take a spin in the mirror, and get ready to stun. This is the moment when the dress becomes yours.
